Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Since Ivar Vases only offers Cash on Delivery.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be completed.
